Can you wrap my purchases as gifts?

Absolutely! Many customers order gifts through us for sending, and we'd be delighted to assist. Simply indicate in your order notes which item(s) you'd like gift wrapped, and we assure you they'll be beautifully presented. You can include notes in your order at the 'view cart' stage, right before you proceed to checkout. Additionally, if you wish to add a personal touch, consider including a greeting card with a handwritten message along with your gift.

Can you send a card for me?

Are you running behind schedule for a birthday or want to send a card to someone in North America while residing elsewhere in the world? We've got you covered! Choose the handwritten card option when viewing a greeting card, and we'll pen a message on your behalf for a nominal fee of $2. You have a generous limit of 900 characters, so make your words count! While you can order multiple cards with messages simultaneously if they're sent via letteral, please note that if you opt for tracked delivery, each card needs to be in a separate order. Why haven't I received updates on my order?

Sometimes our emails end up in your spam or junk folder, or there might be a typo in your email address. If you don't receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order, something might be amiss. For non-greeting card orders, you'll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number. US customers can track their orders on both canadapost.ca and usps.com. Greeting card orders won't have a tracking number but will receive a shipment notification, and larger orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent with tracking.

Why is shipping so expensive?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Shipping costs are high due to the vastness of Canada. The actual shipping cost exceeds what you pay. While a certain prominent company has led people to believe shipping is cheap or free, that's not the reality. We ship via Canada Post or UPS, choosing the best rate. If you have a preference, let us know, though we may request additional payment if there's a significant price difference.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to Canada and the contiguous United States. If you're interested in shipping to another country, contact us, and we may find a solution. Lighter items are generally reasonably priced to ship, but heavier items like mugs and candles can be costly.

Will you stock my amazing product?

Feel free to reach out, but due to the high volume of requests, we may not respond to every inquiry. While we wish we could send polite letters to everyone, it's time-consuming. Rest assured, we do read your emails. If you have something we're interested in, we'll be sure to respond. We're always on the lookout for exciting new products!
